Jet Investment Announces €2.1 Million Investment in Berlin AI Startup Phantasma Labs

Founded in 2018 in Berlin, Phantasma Labs develops an AI-native Advanced Planning and Scheduling ("APS") platform for high-complexity, disruption-prone factories. Deciding what gets made, when and on which machine is a decision taken under thousands of constraints — machine capacity, labor availability, changeovers, order priorities and deadlines. Production planning today still runs on legacy systems, heuristics, or spreadsheets that take tens of minutes to hours to replan and often break down under real-world disruptions such as machine failures, demand swings, or supply delays. Phantasma replaces that with an adaptive decision-intelligence layer trained in simulated digital twin environments, using a proprietary combination of reinforcement learning and graph neural networks. It generates production plans in seconds and continuously replans as conditions change, without requiring the large historical datasets legacy and competing AI systems depend on. Phantasma has completed multiple paid enterprise POCs across the US, Europe, and Japan.

The transaction fits into Jet Investment's strategy to expand its venture capital portfolio with innovative technology companies. The entry into Phantasma Labs follows previous investments in Partory, International Automotive Group, Cequence, Boost.space, Headmade Materials, Digicust, DecisionRules, GigaScan Technologies and Hermetiq.
