
Igor founded Jet Investment in 1997 and, together with three other partners, he is still the head of the investment company. As a member of the investment committees, he is responsible for the management and control of the investments of all Jet funds and, as a member of the boards of directors, supervisory boards or boards of executives, he also oversees the strategic development of portfolio companies.
Igor graduated from the Faculty of Business Economics at Mendel University in Brno. He has been involved in investments his entire professional career. Before founding Jet Investment, he owned the brokerage company Brno Broker Group, which was among the top 10 stockbrokers in Czechia by market share.

Marek joined Jet Investment in 2010 and has been involved in the strategic development of the investment company as a partner since 2013. He is an active member of the investment committees of Jet funds and, as a member of the boards of directors of portfolio companies, sets their long-term strategy. In the past, he sought out acquisitions, successfully managed portfolio companies and their exits.
He has a strong professional background in the field of financial markets. Before joining Jet Investment, he worked at Bank Austria Creditanstalt or at Deutsche Bank Prague and London, where he traded in financial markets in Central and Eastern Europe. Marek graduated from the Brno University of Technology and holds a degree from Nottingham Trent University.

Lubor has been co-responsible for Jet Investment's investment strategy since its origin and is a member of the investment committees of all Jet funds. Over the past 30 years at Jet Investment, he has successfully completed a number of acquisitions and was responsible for the sale of reorganized companies.
Lubor graduated from the Brno University of Technology. Before founding Jet Investment, he worked at Brno Broker Group as a financial analyst and specialized in the search for acquisition opportunities.

Libor was involved in founding Jet Investment in 1997 and has continuously participated in the management of a number of projects, including real estate, and has actively worked to strengthen synergistic effects between projects. In addition to membership in the investment committees of Jet funds, he is currently primarily involved in fundraising and relations with individual and institutional investors.
Libor graduated from the Brno University of Technology. Until 1996, he worked as sales and marketing director of Brno Broker Group in the Corporate Finance department.

Gabriela is in charge of the legal matters in the area of corporate affairs and she provides support in transactions, mergers and acquisitions. She ensures internal compliance, she is also responsible for corporate and personnel affairs, and ensures the administrative operation of the company and Jet investment funds.
Gabriela graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno.

Elisabeta manages marketing and PR for the investment company and its funds in Czechia and Poland. She is responsible for brand positioning, communication with investors, and organising investor events. She is also responsible for public relations and coordinating cooperation with external agencies.
Elisabeta graduated from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Economics at Masaryk University in Brno, and gained experience at Deloitte Legal.

At Jet Investment, Milan is responsible for the finances and administration of private equity funds and Jet Investment a.s. itself.
Before joining Jet Investment, he worked for the auditing company KPMG, first as an analyst, later as a senior and supervisor on complex audits of multinational companies in Czechia. Milan graduated from the Business Economics and Management department at Masaryk University in Brno.

Milan participates in the operation of management accounting of investment companies and funds, he is involved in investor reporting, coordinates audits, and creates cash flow projections.
Milan led audit teams and operated audit engagements at KPMG. Before joining Jet Investment, he worked in reporting at Deutsche Telekom. He graduated from the Brno University of Technology.

Jan is in charge of managing Jet funds. In addition to the day-to-day operation of the funds, he is responsible for relations with Czech and international investors, especially institutional ones.
Before joining the Jet Investment team in 2018, he worked for the Austrian Erste Group, where he specialized in project lending within the CEE region and also dealt with the consolidation and subsequent sale of bad assets. Jan studied at the University of Applied Sciences in Vienna and received his master's degree from the Berlin School of Economics and Law.

At Jet Investment, Joanna is responsible for fundraising for Jet funds and the acquisition of new institutional and professional investors in Poland.
Joanna has more than 20 years of experience in leadership positions in international financial and investment companies. She held the position of Country Head at Allianz Investment Bank AG, as Managing Director she led the Polish branch of BlackRock and as Vice President she was in management at JPMorgan Asset Management. She graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

Jiří is in charge of developing relationships with private investors and expanding fundraising activities in Central Europe, including Poland. He is dedicated to finding new investors, managing existing relationships, and collaborating with distribution partners and internal teams.
Jiří worked in private and corporate banking for more than 25 years. He spent many years in Switzerland, where he was responsible for managing the assets of creditworthy clients from Central and Eastern Europe at UBS and Credit Suisse. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and holds the prestigious CFA and CWMA certifications.

Filip focuses on the distribution of funds through investment intermediaries, including marketing and sales support and relationship development with advisors and their clients.
Previously, he worked at J&T Bank as a Key Account Manager, where he took care of key partners and the growth of investments of both private and corporate clients. He has experience in managing customer service at Atlantik finanční trhy, business development, and optimization of corporate processes. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Humanities in Pilsen. He studied and worked in Great Britain.

Oldřich has been leading the Czech private equity team since 2024 and is responsible for the acquisition and divestment processes of portfolio companies. He joined Jet Investment in 2014, at first he was responsible for licensing procedures with the Czech National Bank and the establishment of Jet funds, then led several companies to successful exits, including the TEDOM Group.
He studied finance at the Faculty of Business Economics at Mendel University. Before joining Jet Investment, he worked as a project manager and economic analyst in consulting companies and as a university lecturer in financial and capital markets.

Marek manages the Polish private equity team. He is responsible for searching for investment targets on the Polish market, managing Polish portfolio companies and their divestments. He participates in building the Jet Investment brand and marketing Jet funds to Polish financial and investment institutions and on the M&A market.
Before joining Jet Investment, he founded and managed Penton Partners, a private equity group and multi-family office, for 20 years. He has previously worked for other major investment funds and banks in Poland. Marek graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology and holds the CFA certification.

Jiří is dedicated to identifying and managing investment opportunities for the Jet 2 fund and their management, as well as subsequent divestment processes. He manages the energy and engineering company Rockfin as a project director.
He joined Jet Investment from Deloitte, and has a number of successful transactions both in Czechia and internationally. His clients in the area of acquisitions included corporations, such as ČEZ, EnBW, and Unipetrol, as well as a number of private equity funds and private entrepreneurs. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague.

As a project director, Marek supports the management of the engineering and mechanical engineering company 2JCP, where he is the chairman of the board of directors. He was behind the building and successful divestiture of PBS Power Equipment.
Before joining Jet Investment, he worked for leading consulting companies Roland Berger and Boston Consulting Group, focusing on restructuring and transformation projects in many European countries. He graduated from the CEMS International Management program at the University of Economics in Prague, and also studied in Australia, Germany and Austria.

At Jet funds, Jaromír is responsible for searching for new investment projects, their executive and strategic management, and is also involved in subsequent divestments. In the past, he managed, for example, the engineering group HOECKLE POLDI.
He previously worked at Nexis Fibers, ITS Brno, and Škoda Transportation. He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and holds an MBA from Prague International Business School.

As a project director, Jan leads the company FIBERPREG from the Jet 3 fund and he is also involved in the search for other acquisition targets. He joined Jet Investment in 2015 and in the past he led the MSV Metal Group and Benet Automotive to successful divestments.
Before joining Jet Investment, he worked at the German consulting company Roland Berger, graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Masaryk University in Brno, and also studied at universities in the United Kingdom and Finland.

Alexander is responsible for finding new investment opportunities for Jet funds, and as a project director, he manages EDS Group/Euro-Druckservice GmbH.
Before joining Jet Investment in 2020, he worked at Genesis Capital, where he was responsible for identifying investment opportunities in the CEE region. He launched his career at the investment banks Royal Bank of Scotland and J.P. Morgan in London, and in transaction consulting at Ernst & Young in Prague. He then worked as an investment advisor for a major international industrial group.
Alexander graduated in Economics and Finance from Queen Mary College in London and holds a CEMS Master in Management from HEC Paris and the University of Economics in Prague.

Petr is responsible for searching for new investment opportunities for the Jet 3 fund. He managed the acquisition of LIKOV and, as a project director, is dedicated to its management and further development.
Before joining Jet Investment, he worked for the consulting firm Ernst&Young and M&A boutique IMAP REDBAENK, where he worked mainly on the sale of SME companies in various industries. Petr graduated from the Faculty of Law in Brno.

Katarzyna is the backbone of the Polish private equity team, providing support to investment directors and assisting with the search for investment opportunities and acquisition activities.
Before joining Jet Investment, Katarzyna held the position of financial analyst at the capital group Penton Partners. She graduated from Economic Studies at Łazarski University and Chemistry at the University of Silesia.

Jakub is responsible for searching for new investment opportunities for the Jet 3 fund.
Before joining Jet Investment, he worked as a financial analyst at Nordic Telecom and also at KPMG. Jakub graduated from Faculty of Economics and Administration at Masaryk University.

Marek focuses on searching for investment opportunities for the Jet 3 fund, he is responsible for identification, preparation of the acquisition process and financial due diligence.
Before joining Jet Investment, he worked in the restructuring consulting team at PwC, where he participated in the reorganizations and M&A processes of a number of major companies. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and also studied at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland.

Artur is responsible for new private equity investment projects in Poland and managing portfolio companies, including the development and implementation of their long-term strategies.
He has over ten years of experience in corporate finance, gained among others in the M&A departments of KPMG and Santander. He graduated from the Cracow University of Economics and earned an MBA from Kozminski University, where he is currently a PhD candidate and lecturer. He is a licensed stockbroker and investment advisor.

David is involved in sourcing investment opportunities for Jet private equity funds, preparing materials for investment decisions, valuations, and strategic documents for the investment committee. At the same time, he provides support to investment directors in managing portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Jet Investment, he worked as a financial analyst at the investment company AVANT and previously as an audit consultant at BDO Czech Republic. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Administration at Masaryk University in Brno and also studied at a university in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

Pavel manages the strategy and operations of the real estate fund, focuses on identifying investment opportunities and conducts pre-acquisition due diligence, including legal, technical and financial due diligence.
Before joining Jet Investment, he worked for more than 20 years in private equity management of holding-type companies operating in various segments, including a real estate fund as a project director and M&A director. Pavel studied law at a private university in Prague.

Jan manages the acquisitions and divestments of real estate projects in the real estate fund, including the entire process from identifying opportunities to executing transactions.
Jan has worked in corporate finance throughout his entire professional career. He worked at the consulting company VGD Corporate Finance and several investment holding companies, where he was in charge of searching for investment opportunities, complete acquisition processes and financing. Jan graduated in Business Administration from the University of New York in Prague.

Tomáš is responsible for asset management in the real estate fund, strategic portfolio management with the aim of increasing its value, investment planning, asset maintenance, reporting and tenant care.
Before joining Jet Investment, he was involved in the management of companies that were part of investment and financial holding structures. As part of the Penta Investments project, he implemented the integration of acquisitions into the AeskuLab laboratory network. In the past, he worked at Deloitte, where he focused mainly on organizational and process audits.

Radek manages and coordinates the financial system of the Jet Industrial Lease fund and other entities falling under the fund structure.
In the past, he held controlling positions at ČSOB and later ČEZ, where he was in charge of their Turkish assets. For the last seven years before joining Jet Investment, he was the CFO of a Czech development company.

At Jet Industrial Lease, Christina prepares analyses, reporting, manages internal databases and documentation, prepares contracts, creates presentations, and communicates with tenants and suppliers. In real estate management, Christina focuses primarily on the production and logistics center in Nučice and other centers in German-speaking countries.
Before joining Jet Investment, she worked, among others, for German international companies, such as the logistics company FIEGE and Lidl Czech Republic. She graduated from the master's program in Real Estate Management.

Kamil is in charge of the venture fund's investment strategy and participates in key investment decisions, providing support to portfolio start-ups and the entire venture team.
He has more than 25 years of experience in finance, sales, corporate transformations, and start-up investments. As CEO of Czech Radio Communications, he successfully managed the transition from analog to digital television broadcasting, which resulted in a successful sale to the Macquarie Group. He collaborated on the merger of Český Telecom and Eurotel into Telefónica. He graduated from the Technical University of Ostrava.

Roger manages a venture fund, oversees the investment process, and searches for promising startups. He actively supports growth and value creation both in portfolio companies and for the fund's investors.
He has 20 years of experience in leadership positions at multinational companies P&G and Mars, which he held in several European countries. He has extensive experience in managing high-tech SME businesses and start-up investments. He built a venture portfolio focused on B2B for gigahertz.ventures, and participated in the founding and growth of the startup ZenOwn. He graduated from the University of Mannheim.

Silvia is dedicated to finding and screening investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and maintaining relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and other players in the ecosystem.
She previously worked at an Italian fintech company specializing in venture debt. She graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, where she received her Master's degree in Trading and Risk Management and her Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance.

Harshit focuses on finding and evaluating early-stage startups. He analyzes their financial indicators, metrics, and competitive landscape to identify investment potential. Harshit also prepares investment memoranda for the Investment Committee and coordinates thorough product due diligence.
Before joining Jet Investment, he worked as a Visiting Analyst at Henkel dx Ventures in Düsseldorf, where he was involved in evaluating investments in early-stage startups. He gained experience in the valuation department at KPMG and at Moody's Analytics. He graduated from the Symbiosis School of Economics and got his master's degree from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in Germany.

Petra manages the administrative agenda of the investment company, administers the accounting operations and provides support to all Czech Jet Investment teams.
She graduated from Nottingham Trent University and the Brno University of Technology. Before joining Jet Investment in 2018, she gained experience primarily in customer service in Czechia and Australia.

Kateřina is responsible for providing administrative support to the company and coordinating the compliance agenda. She works closely with the legal and investment departments.
In the past, she worked at Jet Investment as an assistant and later as a back office manager. She graduated from the Jihlava Polytechnic University.

Barbora is in charge of daily administrative activities. She is responsible for the front desk and acts as a support for the entire team during business meetings and negotiations.

Johana is responsible for management of the Prague office and is also actively involved in administrative matters related to the operation of the Jet Industrial Lease fund.

Anna manages the daily operations of the Warsaw office, takes care of all administrative activities and acts as a support for our Polish private equity team.
