Jet Investment hledá špičkového experta na pozici Portfolio Finance & Operations Principal do svého Venture týmu. Tato role představuje strategický most mezi naším investičním týmem a portfoliovými společnostmi. Pozice je přímo podřízena Managing Directorovi a nese odpovědnost za to, aby investice byly odolné, připravené na škálování a systematicky směřovaly k úspěšnému exitu.
Co budete dělat:
Nejedná se o administrativní roli v zázemí ani o vyhledávání dealů (sourcing). Pozice je zaměřená na tvorbu hodnoty (value creation). Stanete se partnerem zakladatelům a CFOs našich startupů a pomůžete transformovat vize do konkrétních, daty podložených plánů. Jako klíčový člen širšího vedení získáte přímý přístup k Investiční komisi (IC), kde budete vystupovat jako hlavní hlas v otázkách finanční škálovatelnosti a rizik.
Strategická finanční architektura a poradenství pro IC
- Budete vystupovat v roli „revizora logiky“ pro Investiční komisi. Objektivně a kriticky posoudíte finanční modely nových investičních příležitostí a stávajících firem v portfoliu.
- Pomůžete portfoliové firmy posunout od statického rozpočtování k dynamickému modelování (event-driven forecasting), které flexibilně reaguje na různé scénáře růstu, náboru nebo likvidity.
Strategie růstu a příprava na Exit
- Ve spolupráci se zakladateli budete spoluvytvářet „equity story“ jednotlivých firem. Zajistíte, aby finanční reporting a provozní KPI odpovídaly očekáváním špičkových investorů v kolech Series A/B/C i požadavkům budoucích akvizic (M&A). Budete průběžně vyhodnocovat efektivitu využití zdrojů – vyvažovat obchodní kapacity, zákaznický servis (CS) a burn rate tak, aby byl kapitál nasazován s maximální návratností.
Operational Governance a řízení rizik
- Zavedete jednotný rámec finančního řízení napříč portfoliem, který zajistí datovou integritu, profesionální reportingové cykly a včasnou identifikaci klíčových rizik (např. blížící se nedostatek hotovosti).
- Budete zastupovat Jet Ventures na pravidelných měsíčních review, kde poskytnete týmu i Investiční komisi otevřený, nezkreslený pohled na finanční zdraví portfolia.
Portfolio Intelligence a benchmarking
- Vyvinete vlastní benchmarky a analytické nástroje, které fondu umožní systematicky porovnávat výkonnost portfoliových firem s tržními standardy (např. Rule of 40, LTV/CAC, Magic Number).
Co od vás očekáváme:
Zkušenosti: 8–12 let v oblasti seniorního finančního řízení (FP&A, Business Controlling nebo strategické finance). Velkou výhodou je zkušenost z technologického growth prostředí, Tier-1 consultingu nebo Private Equity.
Jazyková vybavenost: Plynulá znalost češtiny a angličtiny (úroveň C1/C2).
Master v modelování: Expertní schopnost stavby komplexních finančních modelů od nuly (P&L, BS, CF statement, kohortové analýzy). Nevyužíváte jen šablony, ale rozumíte logice, která za nimi stojí.
Boardroom Gravitas: Sebevědomí a autorita obhájit daty podložený názor i v diskusi s vizionářským zakladatelem nebo seniorním partnerem. Hledáme osobnost s „high-conviction“ přístupem, která umí svůj pohled nejen obhájit, ale i prosadit.
Komerční intuice: Vidíte za hranice tabulek a modelů. Dokážete rychle identifikovat provozní úzká hrdla nebo skrytý růstový potenciál a promítnout je do finanční logiky firmy.
Exit Mentality: Rozumíte tomu, co dělá firmu „investovatelnou“ v dalších fázích růstu. Víte, jak vypadá profesionální data room a jak k němu startup dovést.

(each hereinafter also referred to as the “Company” or the “Controller”, or collectively as the “Jet Group”).
The Company processes personal data for the following purposes:
• performance of the contract under which the Company provides services to the client,
• compliance with legal obligations imposed by legal regulations (e.g. Act No. 253/2008 Coll., on Certain Measures Against the Legalisation of Proceeds of Crime and the Financing of Terrorism; Act No. 256/2004 Coll., on Capital Market Business; Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on Management Companies and Investment Funds; or Act No. 90/2012 Coll., on Commercial Corporations),
• marketing and business purposes (e.g. offering products and services, sending commercial communications, invitations to cultural or sporting events).
The Jet Group processes personal data of the following categories of data subjects:
• clients (investors)
• potential clients (investors)
• other persons, in particular for marketing outreach or commercial communications,
to the extent in which the data were provided upon conclusion of a contract or during negotiations on its conclusion, or subsequently communicated by the client during the contractual relationship, or to the extent to which consent to the processing of personal data has been granted by these persons, and further to the extent in which they are recorded in the client’s account maintained by the Company for the client under the contract.
The data subject further has the right to the erasure of personal data if:
• the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were processed,
• they withdraw consent to the processing of personal data and no other legal basis exists for the processing,
• they object to the processing and no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing exist,
• the personal data have been processed unlawfully,
• the erasure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, or
• the personal data were collected in connection with the offer of services by the Company to a child under the age of 13.
The data subject further has the right to the restriction of processing if:
• they contest the accuracy of the personal data, for the period necessary to verify the accuracy of the personal data,
• the processing is unlawful and the data subject refuses the erasure of the personal data and instead requests restriction of their use,
• the Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but the data are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, or
• they have objected to the processing until it is verified whether the Controller’s legitimate grounds override those of the client.
